About

Lisa Ryan-Boyle has studied photography since picking up a digital camera over a decade ago and wondering what would happen if she switched out of automatic shooting mode. She took introductory classes at the International Center for Photography in New York, where she met photographer Carol Dragon who continues to instruct and inspire her today. Lisa’s camera, always a bridge to the external world, revealed itself over the years as a means to connect, shape, and express her inner vision. For her, photography is both art and practice for continued self-discovery. Lisa is a graduate of Brown University and the Georgetown University Law Center. She lives in Ketchum, Idaho, where landscape is a primary source of her inspiration.
